In continuation of its role in building integrated communities by providing all services and building various facilities in its residential projects; Al-Muzaini Real Estate Company signed several agreements with Al-Biot Contracting Company to establish a number of facilities in its “Bawabat Al-Sharq” project, which includes the construction of two mosques, as well as the construction of three parks with all their facilities in different locations within the project.
Following the signing, the CEO of Al-Muzaini Real Estate Company, Engineer Wissam Al-Damiati, stated that the signing of the agreements comes out of the company’s interest in providing additional services and facilities that meet the aspirations of the project’s residents. Water and parking.
He added: The agreements included the implementation of two parks on a total area of more than 7,000 square meters in different locations in the project. He continued: Our interest in building gardens and open parks comes from the “Bawabat Al Sharq” project, which is considered one of the largest housing projects in the city of Riyadh. Within the framework of creating a safe, healthy, and community environment, with qualitative designs that meet the requirements of families of all ages, and funded by Al Muzaini Real Estate Company.
And the engineer, Al-Damiati, added that Al-Biot Contracting Company was chosen to implement mosques and gardens because of its high experience in building and construction projects in various regions of the Kingdom.
For his part, the CEO of Al-Biyout Contracting Company, Eng. Ahmed Abu Al-Ela, expressed his happiness with the practical and extended partnership with Al-Muzaini Real Estate Company, indicating that Al-Biyout Company will implement the projects included in the agreements according to the highest quality standards.
